Aerem working as independent asbestos assessors engaged by Livingstones construction and working alongside AP Demolition were engaged to complete the following works:
- Class A (Four Stage Clearance Assessments)
- Class B (Non-Friable Clearance Assessments)
- Air monitoring program
- On-site asbestos sampling
- Soil validation assessment
