Aerem working as independent asbestos assessors engaged by Livingstones construction and working alongside AP Demolition were engaged to complete the following works:

  • Class A (Four Stage Clearance Assessments)
  • Class B (Non-Friable Clearance Assessments)
  • Air monitoring program
  • On-site asbestos sampling
  • Soil validation assessment
