Instructions

Collect a thumbnail size sample into a plastic snap-lock bag, seal and double bag. (use appropriate PPE and RPE when collecting)
Label each sample bag with a unique Sample Number, location and product type.
Complete the sample submission form. You can download it here or use the online submission form below to email it to the lab directly.
Deliver or courier your samples to Unit 1B/163 Stoddard Road, Mount Roskill, Auckland 1041.
Pay for the sample via invoice.
We will aim to have your results within two business days following payment and receipt of the samples.
*All samples should be individually wrapped. Any combined samples will be analysed as one result.
